57 years
A lifetime in the trade
Bill Clarke has spent 57 years in the promotions and festive trade — his own tenure, and the experience behind every prop on this site.
-
2007
The Tesco weekends
Since 2007 we have supplied Tesco store openings through a PR company — around ten stores every weekend in the run-up to Christmas, dressed with snow-clad trees and inflatable log cabins, with Santa handing out goody bags.
-
Heskin Hall
The drive-thru grotto
A grotto experienced from the car: scenes staged as the elves’ mailroom and toy factory, four real reindeer outside, Mrs Christmas, Santa’s office — and a snowstorm on the way out.
-
2025
The light trail at Duxbury Park
A light trail at Duxbury Park Golf Club: a four-metre moon, a walled garden, Santa in a log cabin, and small fairground rides.
-
2026
The Magical Elevator
A marquee at Duxbury with a star-lit blackout roof. Children post their letters to Santa, ring the doorbell and ride the elevator to Lapland — arriving in Santa’s living room for a golden ticket to spend in the toy shop. A 30–40 minute visit.
